8 weeks and all is well, 300sdl AC

Well it has been 8 weeks since the rebuild of my AC system in my 86 300sdl and all is well and I am very pleased. Yesterday it was 92 degrees when I left work, and after about 2 miles on the Interstate, my car was blowing 40 degrees out of the vents with recirc. on. Yes, I am still keeping a thermometer in my vents to monitor the temps.
I dreaded and procrastinated for 2 years about fixing my AC. I even parked the Benz in the garage for 2 summers while I procrastinated, but I finally did it and I am glad. Love driving this old tank, and staying cool doing it!

The parts replaced included: compressor, drier, both drier switches, expansion valve, all seals, R134A.

I also replaced my radiator, upper and lower hoses, thermostat, Trans cooler hoses, vacuum pump, serpentine belt at the same time.
