Terminal Injector Return Line?

Hi Everyone,

The stopper on the final injector (#5 in this case) has cracked and sprung a leak. I am looking for suggestions for a stop gap or permanent repair. I am about 100 miles from home and can't seem to actually find the part number to have the part store look it up. Any suggestions would be great.
