Power loss

Power loss

I acquired this W124 602 wih 167,000 miles on it 4 years ago. Ran great with good acceleration off the line and good boost. Now I still have good boost, but the low-rpm power stinks (now have 240,000 miles). It idles smooth and all cylinders are firing. Any ideas why I may have lost power?
