87 300td can I dump more vac lines? (pics)
 

So I'm trying to clear up any potential vac leaks because of some hard shifting as of late. Adjusted Bowden, VCV and Trans modulator which has helped, but still feel might have vac issue. Still somewhat new to this car and a novice mechanic so any help appreciated, attached some pics, if any of these vac lines are unnecessary please let me know. Already plugged two and moved to the new "F" fitting straight from the pump, but feel like I read somewhere that none of the passenger side lines are needed. There also looks to be a filter on the one still hooked up to the solenoids under the air filter.

Related work so far: new vac pump with new lines/fittings (where I could), new injectors and return lines, oil and trans have new gaskets/fluid/filters.

Wanted to add a few more pics if it's helpful (plus one of the car just for kicks). Also if anyone cal tell me what the part/switch is called at the very top of pic 2, I seem to be missing it. Right now it's just a female plug covered in tape going over the pin coming off the manifold. Thanks.

Everything has a purpose... i doubt that manufacturer decided just to put parts on the car just for the heck of it, and not for any purpose. I would just check out how much vacuum your getting, make sure the EGR is not leaking because that will drop the pressure... did you use the vacuum routing on this forum?

Egr/arv removal
 

I hear you, but seems with trap gone the egr and arv lines aren't needed. A lot of folks seem to dump the fresh air line to the cabin from there as well. Was just hoping for some confirmation.
