Odd Front Left (Suspension?) Noise

Here's the deal on my 1980 W123 Wagon;

When I go over medium to large size bumps when making a right hand turn, I get this croaking sound coming from the left front wheel well. I thought once I replaced the LCA bushings, UCA, Ball Joint, shock, and tie rod - all in need of replacement anyway - the noise would go away. But it hasn't. Something is happening when it gets compressed on the front driver side that causes this croaking sound. My springs seem in good shape, no sag.

Additionally, on a cold start there seems to be a similar vibration/croak right near my foot when sitting in the driver seat. Doesn't sound like the engine, but pressure building the power steering???? Could the two be related?

Thanks for the input.
