Central Falls brothers plead not guilty in alleged cooking oil caper / Photo | Breaking News | providencejournal.com | The Providence Journal Wondered if it might be a couple of forum members!  This comment hit the nail on the head: This story is soooo Rhode Island: a couple of aged crooks, connected to top judge, involved in a caper that does not make any sense - they were expecting to get over $2 per gallon for used cooking oil, that is more than what the oil cost new! If their scheme actually worked, they should be paraded through Providence for finding a way for the state to solve our budget problem.
