Is this a ignition switch/tumbler issue, a steering column lock issue, or both? I am tempted to replace both, as they are over 29 years old!
Any gouge on which part numbers to order? (Yes Diesel911, I still have your source....would you still recommend?)

If you are speaking of the OE place I recommend it if you want the Genuine Mercedes parts I have had zero issues with that Company; so I recommend them.
You might save $10-$20 Dollars (depending on if you can get free shipping) buying a Neiman/Valeo one from some of the Online Sellers but in My case I wanted to make sure I got a genuine Mercedes Ignition Switch as one of the Contacts of that was also burned.
