Found a w123 wagon cargo cover questions

Found a parts wagon a few weeks ago and started to swap over the seats and other interior bits. My palomino leather front seats and rear bottom sections are kind of rough, yes leather, and the navy blue seats from the donor car are in pretty good shape. My wagon has a third row seat, so I pulled it (very good shape) and have it in storage. The cool feature from the donor is the cargo cover. Absolutely love it!!!!!

It has the dog net feature as well. I still to mount the dog net retainers into the headliner. Anyone know if the mounting holes already exist? The mounts are held in with allen head bolts, not sheet metal screws.
