Lifting '87 300TD
18mm lift pads and late model Merc. SUV 16 inch rims/tires. Does anyone have any experience with mild lift on a wagon? Specifically how to adjust the SLS a little higher? Thanks.

as for adjusting the SLS, it's pretty simple.
back the car up on ramps, and SECURELY block the front of the vehicle. I recommend positioning the vehicle where you can ratchet strap the front and rear to something. anyway, once it's secure, start the car, and have someone sit in the rear while you are under the back watching the SLS valve arm movement. notice how the sway bar rotates as the vehicle is lowered. loosen the SLS arm, and adjust it slightly lower, so it raises the back to a higher neutral position.

Thanks for the safety warning. I'd probably have gotten myself killed.. and thanks for the run down.
