1991 350 SDL recent purchase

I just picked up a 350 sdl it has 245,000 miles on it it is very clean and free of rust ,I have always had 124 diesels and could not resist this big Mercedes is there any issues with this car that make it expensive to own . Any tips would be appreciated thanks
