Rebooting UCA?

Found some "new" MB UCAs at PNP in good shape.
Removing them from the car pressed out some grease and flattened them.
Has anyone shot grease in these?
Also, I guess there is a MB boot kit available.1165860533 upper control arm ball joint boot kit, W116, 123, 126
Has anyone installed these boots? I always thought you had to buy a
whole new arm if they were bad.

New MB UCAs are 400.00. I got these for 12.00 each
It didn't take much to clean them up
