W126, 91 359SDL climate control question
Got a question for you CCU guru's. I know I have a monovalve issue, so for the time being, to have good heat, I pulled the electrical connector off the monovalve. I'll change it when weather allows.
The problem is, with heat on, when I make a sharp right turn, say, running 30 mph, I get a rush of cold air out heat vents, then when I'm back to straight driving, heat is back. I was thinking I have a blend door that's came loose, but I read where the W126 cars don't have a blend door. Any and all help is appreciated. |

So, maybe item 42. I thought the 2nd gen didn't have as many vacuum pods.

I figured you didn't rebuild the engine with oversize pistons and rings

Ha, nope sure didn't. Sixto, first thx for the diagram; is that for a 2nd gen car? My 86, 87 cars have all those vacuum pods, but my 90 parts car, I've got the dash off of, doesn't have as many.

Well, that youtube. How did we ever make it before? Looks like what I had read was incorrect about 2nd gen. Now I've got to try to figure out which pod or door could be causing the issue.
Thx once again. |
