Now I get to learn about the sun roof and drain

I put the 84 SD back together, drove it around the block and noticed that the headliner is full of water. It drains down the C-Pillar when going around the corner.

The car has been out in the weather with the front jacked up and on stands. Rear wheels were on the ground during the past several weeks. The sun roof works fine. I just opened and closed it.

This is a new occurrence since I was working on the engine and the sun roof was closed during the process. Is there an easy way to suck the water out of the headliner so it doesn't flood the interior?

Am I correct in assuming the sunroof drains are blocked?
