Help! Need Monovalve in Chicago

Hey all. I'm in Chicago for Christmas with the family and on the way up here I got intermittent heat with blasts of cold. Removed the electrical connection to the Monovalve and nothing changed, so I'm fairly certain the diaphragm is bad.

Anyone know of a source for a Monovalve repair kit in Chicagoland? Any help is appreciated.
