1983 300D vibration at 50 mph

I've noticed that my 1983 300D (210K miles) has developed a vibration when I get to about 50 mph. It usually goes away when I let off the gas, but today I noticed that when steering right (slightly when at speed) I get the vibration while letting off the gas pedal.

Right now I'm torn between thinking it's some sort of issue with the drivetrain (center bearing or flex discs) or an issue with suspension or wheel balance.

Anyone else experience symptoms like this?

Thanks,

Joe
