W201 1989 190D Oil Level Sender Leak, not o-ring? 602

I replaced my oil level sender o-rings about a year ago, but now have a leak there again.

I had replaced both the o-rings:0159973948 and the 0179975848.

Does this mean that I should try the o-rings again, or that I should replace the sender?
