I didn't see an asking price in the ad.

Needs a price and to buy cars that he can afford to maintain. I'm curious what kind of condition the M110 AMG is in. Who knows how butchered it is.

isn't a engine with 100k a lot of miles for a gasser...
Would love to see the interior... Have the feeling it needs more work then it is worth... Still super cool and if it has the cargo net/divider....gets brownie points!

Gas engine life expectancy varies. I know the 1.3 four banger in my old Sammy was typically done by 130k, though mine was doing ok at 190. The Chrysler slant six was usually good for a quarter million if you somewhat maintained it. My old 5.0 ran like new at 156, though the AOD transmission was starting to act a little funny. Air cooled 911 engines will go 200,000 if maintained. I've seen more than a few 4.6 Fords and Subie flat fours with well over 300,000. I'm not sure what the track record on M110's is like.

I've had four M110 euros in W123s and R107 cars.
Highest mileage was almost 300K and the engine still ran great, in a 1981 280E. Car had one valve job and cams, but block and rotating assembly were original. The euro engines with 185 hp were quite pleasant, and got decent economy. Jim

100K is nothing for a gasser, depending on how it's been maintained and run. In my personal experience, after 200K or so, with numerous V8 American carmaker engines, things go to haities with the gassers I've owned from new.

This is my car
This is my car. I just posted this to the For sale section . For the person who said I should buy a car I can afford to maintain.. well, exactly.. I used to be able to afford to maintain it and have put a lot of money into this car over the years.; but lost my job after spending 3200 on the motor + install. Stuff happens. After the mechanic installed the motor which was my savings, I got hit with the suspension bill and have been holding onto it hoping I could fix it. Had the car for 6 years!... I'll post more pictures later today!
