16 port tester ports '93 300D 2.5 ?

Hi guys, you can see the PIC, does these ports look correct to you. I know each female only fits in the correct male upon inspection. The reason I need help is I found a loose terminal out of the receptacle, marked with a TINY #2 on one side and a 0 on the other, there is no 0 port, and the 1. 2. 4. port is filled with a 4 port male from the rear, no wire is in the #3, (PART OF THE 4 TERMINAL MALE PLUG INTO THE BLOCK). it FIT in #7 I believe so that is where I put it, But don't know if this is correct. You can tell which ports are filled shinny plugs in the ports. THANKS! Frank in VA.
