W126 wiper arm linkage? Broke after iced up windshield.

Sorry 1995 210

I had this go on an old truck along time ago and it was a little plastic do-hicky.

Has anyone pulled this off and rigged it? Are there linkage kits?

I remember reading somewhere that the plastic bushings for the wiper system are NLA. If someone has a source, I would like a few spares as well.

If they were available...
Does anyone know if this is a pain to get to?

If it wasn't too hard to get at I might fish out the old part and jb weld or rig it or fabricate out of epoxy clay.

The whole wiper assembly is located under the cowl. Pull wiper arm towards the outside, pop up the cap covering the joint at the base of the arm, remove the nut, use a small 2 jaw puller to pull the arm on both sides, remove cowl seal between cowl screen and windshield, remove cowl screen, unbolt wiper assembly and unplug it from the firewall.

Chris,

All the info I gave you was for the W126. A W210 might be vastly different and I have no quantifiable experience with them, so I can't help there.
