It does not appear to be possible. EPC is a Java based program and, evidently, iOS does not support Java

I am searching for a bridge app Kind of like Photon to enable Flash

Very unlikely that it will work, its a self contained Java Application for windows. It can work on Linux, but its not going to work on an iPad.

You could remote desktop to a PC with an ipad to use it, but that's about it.

iPad's are slow anyways and likely would choke on the inefficient processing needed for a Java application.

Yup same reason it will not run on a Mac either.

Remote Desktop to a Windows machine is about the only way to use a tablet.
