Where can I find a new seat belt retractor, or....?

My driver's side retractor is weak. I've looked around for just the retractor, but I can't find it. The whole seat belt assembly is $350, so I'm looking for just the retractor.

Or, is there a place that can fix these? I've done all the fixing on it that I can do.
