There was some talk about them on other board. Chines direct manufacturing, at 175k rpm I am not so sure those recycled coke cans they use to make the compressor wheels are going hold up. You can get a used holset for not much more, or a proper OEM for about the same price. Is there a reason you are looking for non OEM?

im looking for an improved turbocharger. not so much bigger as lighter and quicker to spool with a little more breathing room at highway speeds. my turbo is leaking and sounds like a really long fart when spooling

so i did some research on the company selling them. A on the bbb and of course a fair number of complaints as well as a lot of good things. if i cant find a better choice within my range by the time mine gives in ill give them a try. they also said they will back it up with a two year warranty if it doesnt make it.
