Question adjusting shift points

should remember this but I don't. i put a rebuilt tranny in my 91 350 and need to decrease the mph of shift points. do i screw the Bowden cable in or out. thanks.

screw in to loosen cable. shift points should come sooner.
at least on my 722.3
