'79 300SD power windows

Thanks for help on question about glow plugs.
I know on the 123's that the dash and counsel (sp) switches pop right out which is very convenient. On my '79 300 SD 116 body it doesn't look that easy. There is a nice chrome trim piece around each pair of window switches. Before I start prying around I wanted the check and see if anyone has removed any window switches lately. The passenger window doesn't work and I'm thinking the best place to start is bypass the switch and go from there.
