Really enjoying my 06 E320 CDI. One minor thing I've noticed is it seems to want to stay in the higher gear when reducing speed, to the point where there's very mild lugging of the engine. I'll either let it go or downshift.

I did a tranny reset shortly after purchasing the car...maybe I should do it again.

Have others experienced the same thing? Is this just how the gearing is designed?
