Ah, very good. Yes, both of those settings are as pictured. EDIT-- Realized I didn't add the EPC site as an exception and did so; no change though...

Got in finally; it may be my connection is soooo poor that I can't get it where I am at, not yet. S'okay, I can pirate my old wifi just fine, just 10 miles away.

Some have had success with Mac OS, no idea about Linux, etc.
