OM606 OM60x Belt Tensioner Lever | Reference

After browsing the Board for info on replacing the lever assembly. I wanted to post a photo of the parts and list the part number for anyone in the future looking for this info. The tensioner on my vehicle is original and utilized this bushing style as a replacement.

606 200 01 73 - Belt Tensioner Lever for Tensioner Pulley
606-202-01-20 - Pivot Pin
606-202-00-60 - Seal Ring
606-990-00-40 - Washer

You can easily find the 17mm hex socket @ Harbor Freight in a set of sockets
