C300D Not going to come this year

Saw this tidbit hit my news feed, US regulations have forced MB to rethink the release of the latest diesel sedan. Apparently only Jaguar will have a new diesel on the Market for 2017...not surprising I guess considering the VW Group fallout.

Mercedes-Benz C300d 4MATIC Diesel Is DOA in the U.S.

Diesel cars dwindle as Mercedes-Benz C300d is pulled from U.S. before launch

Perhaps the relative value of "our" older MB diesels will see a value bump...haha
