300 SDL Windshield Washer Pump

My Windshield Washer Pump is defective and leaky.
The genuine MB part is $125.00, but AutoZone has one for $20. My mechanic predicted uncounted horrors if I go for the inexpensive Chine part. Has anyone installed one of these inexpensive ones. Is installation of this simple to the point that anyone can install?
