Correct size for yellow vacuum lines to door locks?

The yellow vacuum line running from the firewall to the drivers side door split at the door hinge area (w123 wagon). What is the correct line to replace it with? It looks like PP sells 1x5mm and 1x4mm.

Or should I repair it with something else?
