Need help on finding a part off of 813 truck

Hello I am looking for the part circled in red in the photo. The motor is from a Mercedes 813 truck with OM352. I need the cast alum. down turned elbow that is bolted to the valve cover with two bolts. From what I could find I think the part# is A3520100477. Need it for my turbo install project on my Unimog 416 Doka. I am just looking for a good used one. If anyone would know where I can find one, please, please hook me up!!! Maybe there is a junk yard that you know about that might have one!
