injector leaking! new prob!

Hi Again-
Thanks everyone for comments on my injectors. I lapped the injector housings (as 911 DIESEL suggested) . I torqued them to 60 FT POUNDS.
I installed them into my engine at 60 FPs with new crush washers.
The engine is on blocks in my garage. I started the engine up and it ran pretty good. I shut it down and had to do a few adjustment to check oil pressure.
Three out of four of the injectors did not leak. One did. It was the one I had to spend a lot of time lapping because the bottom housing surface was scored badly. Also the injector nozzle needle was broken at the back (as 911 Diesel suggested). I replaced the nozzle.
Anyway I started it up again and there came a very loud noise. Coming from the top of the engine. Could this be the injector failing again? I shut the engine down because the noise was so loud. Other than that it seemed to run OK. What do you think?
