Being soundproofing has come a long way since the 80's, what insulation materials would you recommend for the belly pan and hood pan? I have a feeling what is being offered online is made with cheap materials.

Both are rotted out on my car, I don't mind the noise (I like it honestly) but it being this loud defeats the purpose of the car feeling luxurious.
