Central Locking Vacuum pump...

Is there a way I can probe onto the leads of my central locking system's vacuum pump to engage it without using the door lock. There are 3 wires going to it, not sure what's what. One has to be common, then the other two are I am guessing the 'lock' lead and the other would be the 'unlock' lead. But I'm not sure. My haynes manual says what fuse the pump is on... but that's it. No schematics on that. They have schematics for just about everything else BUT the central locking system. Thanks.

Your guesses are correct regarding the three leads. The brown is the ground wire the yellow and blue are lock and unlock. Not sure which is which but you can experiment and find out.

Ok so +12VDC to either the yellow or blue and -12VDC to the brown and the pump should operate? Is there are time limit to how long I should apply the voltage to it?

Yeah, just keep the voltage applied. If you don't have any vacuume leaks, the pump should operate for about 10 seconds or less and then cut off.
