It's a Nissan frontier with a Mercedes diesel. I feel like it's a scam as well.

Sure feels that way, with the photos all being at a dealer in Germany. Plus why would anyone need "something smaller" in Dallas? Everyone drives an enormous truck or SUV in Dallas, it's just not a small car kind of town.
