Early 240d throttle pivot sleeve/bushing - where to buy?

I took apart this throttle pivot point (picture attached with arrow) on the valve cover and the sleeve/bushing on which it pivots has a lot of play. I've tried googling the part but struck out. Has anyone found a replacement or come up with a way to eliminate the play as the throttle linkage moves? Thanks! -Tom

I have that part as well. I believe that I can't use it on my OM617 swap. Mine did not have much play.
