Electrical anomoly

About 75% of the time I switch the high beams on or off, and reportedly when the turn signals are activated, the electrical system turns off and on. If you watch the interior lights they will very quickly blink, almost unnoticable.

This of course turns any electrical accessories off momentarily and if they have a start up/self test they repeatedly have to cycle through that process before coming back on line. (which is how I recognized the problem)

Cant think of an obvious reason this is happening, or how to track it down or fix it. The car has great ground cables from engine, battery, and alternator to chassis. Upgraded alternator to 85 amp unit with cable post connections to starter and battery (not the cheap junk plastic plug and 8 guage wire).
