1998 Mercedes E300td AIR In Fuel Lines Driving me crazy

I am trying to figure out the best way to diagnose my air in fuel problem. I have a lot of air in the line coming out of the back of the pre filter at the bottom of the housing. It gets worse when I rev it up. Some of the other lines on the bottom have air in them too. The lines are all oem new.

I have a smoke machine and an air compressor. How can I pin point the leak?
