W115 240D Exhaust Manifold

Does anyone have a W115 240D exhaust manifold they want to sell? I am putting a 240D engine in my Suzuki Samurai. I cannot use the W123 manifold as the exit is plumbed to the stern of the engine and hits the Samurai firewall. The swap is coming along nicely. I have the Mercedes motor mounts and trans mount in place with the engine/trans sitting in place. Shifting linkage is all set. Working on a custom driveshaft and need to figure out hydraulic clutch. The manifold is one of the pieces of the puzzle. Thanks for the read.

I have an engine out of a wrecked W115 240D (a 1973) in my garage -- I may or may not need the exhaust manifold for a future project, but if you can't find one otherwise, I'd be open to selling it.

The W115 240D exhaust manifold is plumbed to exit in the center of the manifold vs. the W123 240D exits to the rear of the manifold.

I'll take a look. I had a 240 that got trashed by my lovely #3 daughter filling the diesel tank with gasoline then heading home for a four hour drive.

Wow! I would think that the engine would stop running, not blow the motor. Did it warp a valve or something? Thanks for the help!

It fried the cylinders without much damage to the bottom end or head. I bought a 300 with same body style and swapped in the whole 300 d drivetrain.

Yikes! That is a bummer. Let me know about the manifold. I appreciate the help.
