W115 vs. W123 brake pads

I have a set of front brake pads for a 115, but no 115. Can I use them on my 123? they have the same dimensions, except the metal is cadmium plated (I think) instead of painted and they have four holes in them.

I also have a head gasket set for a 615, but again, no 615. Can I use it on my 616? How about the manifold gasket?
