E320 Bluetec Dirty Engine

I need to get my E320 Bluetec engine washed
because when changing oil it had a leakage around the oil filter when I was road testing and engine got dirty allover.
My older 300SD I use to spray engine cleaner and pressure washer 10 minutes later.
Can I do the same on my E320?
Thanks
