1967 200D Clutch Master

Got my sweet 1967 200D running after sitting for 30 years with advice from this forum. Thank you for that. It seems to run just fine. Now I am trying to get it moving. Clutch does nothing and I would assume after 30 years both the master and slave are junk. Opened the bleeder and nasty grey fluid comes out. I tried to order new from the number in upper right corner and it seems it can only come from Mercedes for $480.00 if available. Anyone have any advice? Am I going to run into this problem with the all the brake parts too?
