Severed wire at turn signal socket
Any thoughts on the best solution to this problem?

Cut'em all out and solder a new socket on from the JY?
Or, sometimes bulb sockets allow you to "push" the wire/connector up into the socket, that way you can replace the end for scenarios like yours |

Yes you’ll need to replace the socket. Corrosion monster has gotten hold of the terminal.
Check the dealership, you may be able to get a new one still.
