!991 2.5L turbodiesel cylinder head crack.

Hi all
My wife's 1991 300D 2.5L turbo diesel after 300 000 miles have a crack cylinder head . Today I got replacement head from local junkyard good condition no crack ,but at home I found out there is a different part number . Replacement cylinder head is from a 1987 190 turbo diesel 2.5L parts number is 602 016 06 01 and cylinder head from our 1991 300D is 602 018 08 01 . I will appreciate it if someone who knows about these cars can give any information if this replacement cylinder head is okay to install in our 1991 300D . Thank you
