Fuse-electrical ghosts?

Recently my radio went out on my recently purchased 87 300sdl

Was working great-- then the display-- showed mostly w's or something close to that... No Other issues

so 2 weeks later-- start the car this am- and notice several things out...
clock stopped 4.30 am
seats don't work
The Radio's w w w w w w -- displayed for 2 weeks--- NOTHING- Blank display
Antenna- not working (was before when radio--displayed all w w w

anyhow-- looked at fuse chart- found the bad one #2
replaced-- fuse
Clock works
lites overhead work--

RADIO WORKS???
Seats-- ONLY work when car is off????

Puzzled on the last 2-- WHY was radio down for 2 weeks-- but ALL other functions working???

And why are seats-- NOT working w/ Car on???
