Flywheel/flex plate balance transfer

Procedure for transferring balance of one flywheel (or flex plate) to another.
Discusses balancing of rotating assembly (balancer, crankshaft, flywheel) in motors.

May be of interest for when replacing a flywheel or doing a manual transmission swap

This will especially matter with engines (617, some 616) that do not use a neutrally balanced flywheel
