Question on W210 hid headlights

I've run across a guy selling some pre-facelift HID headlights from Mercedes. I guess they sold them over here maybe from their European models or whatever, I don't know. My question is, are they are direct bolt in as far as wiring? I know the lights themselves will bolt in like the originals, but I'm curious if the wiring is truly plug and play?
