OM606 timing chain tensioner replacement

Looking to replace the timing chain tensioner on my 1999 E300 turbodiesel (340k miles) as I have oil leaking from around it. Haven't found any "how to" articles. Looking for any things to look out for and the torque specification. Do I need to fill it with engine oil prior to installation?

Thanks.

I've always just unscrewed old and screwed new in. IIRC I think torque is 80 Nm but don't quote me on that.
