Is there an online parts fiche or something?
I need 2 crush washers and a proper sized o ring for the banjo bolt for a fuel line that connects to the filter housing. It's for an OM606 in my 99 E300 TD. I went to 2 car parts places and no dice on the crush washers as the bolt is a wee bit too big for what they had, and no hardware store has them around me.
If anyone knows of an online diagram for the fuel system where I can get the part #s I'd appreciate it. |

Look for ' EPC ', I don't know where it is but the Electronic Parts Catalog is out there and has all relevant part numbers etc....

google search = Russian Mercedes parts sites
I have recently been using this site to look up transmission parts for my 300D. It shows the old and newest part numbers. Take care picking out your model and so on. https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/epc/mercedes/

I have the MB EPC in a virtual machine and can send it to anyone who wants it, and look things up.

I am unsure exactly which crush washer or o-ring you are after, but I attached this diagram which should contain it and the part number.

I'll take it nastala if you can email it to me or whatever. Your diagram had the parts displayed but further down the parts list.
It's funny, I bought all the parts to do the job from Pelican here, but when I was buying the hose with the banjo bolt on one end, the description said nothing about order these crush washers and this o ring, or else I would have when I bought the parts months ago. Once I get it all apart and I'm already filthy and ready to finish the project, THEN I find there are more parts I needed. If they had mentioned it months ago, I would have already had the parts >: ( |

Unless their trashed they don't leak if reused.

EDIT: I'm sorry, I did not see that your engine was a 606, The following information may prove useless as it is all 617 related, I am unsure if they use the same filter head.
Do you have an "01" housing (615 092 01 08) or an "02" housing? (615 092 02 08) The 02 housing uses 2 o-rings, a M14x19x2.5 and a M10x15x2.5 I've put Viton o-rings in my "02" filter heads. The 01 housing uses 1 o-ring and a crush washer. M10x15x2.5 Viton O-ring. I like using a M18 "Flat bonded washer" as it has rubber and seems to seal with much less torque and destruction.
