W124. Euro 250TD. Fuel leak, part question.

Hi all. Have a 1991 Euro model 250TD that's ... started marking it's territory. I was having fuelling issues after driving 600km (the previous owner advised me to just reset the odometer at every fill up and fill up at 600.) and the fuel gauge was never correct about how much fuel was in the tank. And it was marking it's territory.

I sourced a tank from a petrol W124 estate and had that installed. Fuel gauge works properly now, but I havent even cycled a full tank through the fuel system yet; I normally ride my motorbike to work.

Anyway, I tried to get an idea of what/ where the leak was coming from, crawled under the car and took a peek. It seems to be coming from a T junction looking thing at the forward end of the tank, near the center of the vehivcle towards the right hand side. I circled the offending part (at least I think that's the part.) I can't find it on the parts fiche on this website I've tried using different years and different diesel models to no avail. I'm hoping one of you amazing people can give me some direction.
